Ricky Earl, Louisiana bluesman, the piper of the blues, the up and coming blues man of this century, brings a new vibe of music to the scene. Ricky’s style is a mix of Johnny Taylor, Chuck Berry, Sam Cook, and BB King all rolled into one tight package. He is a star moving to super stardom as a great blues entertainer. Ricky started playing the piano at age five, expanding to add the bass and guitar. His guitar playing has brought him fame and notoriety throughout the country. At fourteen, Ricky was introduced to the blues world and joined a group called The Dayton Side Winders. Ricky continued his destiny by working with some of the greatest blues artist like Little Milton, who groomed him as his band leader for twelve years, and demonstrates his master guitar skills on Little Milton’s album - Live At Westville Prison. As Albert King’s side man for five years, he also played with Artie White and Johnny Taylor. Ricky has traveled throughout Europe, Japan, and the United States, and has made appearances in blues festivals and venues all over the world. Cherise is currently collaborating with Ricky Earl, and is an exciting vocalist and entertainer specializing in R&B, Jazz and Blues, and has done studio work with the great master soul artist Solomon Burke. This dynamic duo are true blues trendsetters.
